Donations
Your donations can save so many.
Your donations provide food and medical care for the animals in our shelter and in foster homes. No amount is too small. All donations and proceeds from fund raisers are spent on the well being of the animals in our care. We at Saving Paws of Caldwell hope that in the very near future we can qualify for grants that will provide low cost/no cost wellness care for those in the parish that can’t afford to provide it for their pets. We no longer have a spay/neuter program. Vetcare in West Monroe, LA., and Magnolia Spay/Neuter in Alexandria, LA. have really low prices. Spaying/neutering reduces the population of animals being discarded like trash in our community. You can donate by using our Paypal button, or mailing a check to Saving Paws of Caldwell P.O. Box 1623 Columbia, La. 71418, or by dropping off your donation to our shelter located at 106 Tranquility Lane, Columbia, LA.
Money isn’t all we need. If you have old towels and blankets to donate we can use them. The towels are used to clean and dry the dogs to keep them healthier. The blankets help keep them warm in the winter and also give them a soft place to lay down. We also accept your old dog houses, dog beds, toys, collars, leashes, cleaning supplies such as bleach, pine oil, etc. We can also use dog shampoos. If you have chain link fencing or pieces of it, gates, etc., we accept those as well.
Saving Paws of Caldwell is a 501(c)3 non profit No Kill shelter organization. Your donations are tax deductible. We appreciate every penny donated. We currently do not receive any funds from any local, state or federal government to help us with the care of these animals.
